Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 10 August 2026

This policy applies to every user of Fundify. A Customer must ensure its authorised users comply with it. You may not use the Service to do, help, or attempt any of the following.

1. Illegal, deceptive, or harmful conduct

  • Break applicable law or another person’s rights.
  • Facilitate fraud, theft, corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or tax evasion.
  • Misrepresent identity, authority, transactions, balances, approvals, or financial records.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against a person.
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or sexually exploitative content.

2. Security and platform abuse

  • Access another account, club, system, or data without authorisation.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorisation.
  • Introduce malware, destructive code, or content intended to disrupt the Service.
  • Bypass rate limits, access controls, plan limits, approvals, or security measures.
  • Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except where law expressly permits.
  • Overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service or another user’s experience.
  • Share credentials or use automated accounts in a way we have not authorised.

3. Regulated and high-impact uses

  • Represent that Fundify holds deposits, transfers funds, gives regulated advice, or guarantees an investment or loan.
  • Use AI output as the sole basis for credit, employment, insurance, legal, or similarly significant decisions about a person.
  • Process personal data, including financial information, without required authority, notice, consent, or another valid legal basis.
  • Use the Service in a way that causes Fundify to require a licence or regulatory approval it does not hold.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or restrict affected access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties. We will consider context, severity, history, and the possibility of cure. We may report suspected unlawful conduct where required by law. To report abuse, email hello@contact.usefundify.com.
